My stay at Altitude At Krystal Grand Cancun was a blend of highs and lows. The stunning ocean views from my oceanfront suite were a highlight, but the service left much to be desired. While I appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities, the lack of attentiveness from the staff made for a frustrating experience at times.
