My stay at Altitude At Krystal Grand Cancun was a blend of highs and lows. The stunning ocean views from my oceanfront suite were a highlight, but the service left much to be desired. I had a fantastic stay at Altitude At Krystal Grand Cancun. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. However, I did notice a few downsides, like the availability of shaded areas by the beach and the mornings when Bali beds went unused. Overall, the experience was wonderful, and I can't wait to return.
